Keeping stress at bay

Stress makes us anxious and depressed, it does not allow us to think clearly and left unattended becomes a danger to our health. Women become more stressed out than men. It is better to give ourselves some time, daily. As we brush our teeth morning and night for our oral health we must do some meditation for our mental health. When feeling stressed try breathing like a baby, take easy, gentle breaths and allow your belly to rise and fall with each breath.

Life is precious, be nice to somebody who needs a small help and this makes our day happier. As we start to accept things as they are and not as we want them to be, the happier we will be. Always feel positive try to weed out the negative feelings. Being quiet for five to ten minutes is very essential, being quiet allows answers to surface.

Getting ourselves involved in a hobby or work that we love to do help to keep the daily stress at bay. We can recover from stressful situations by eliminating it, modifying it or under reacting to it. Reading something spiritual gives us faith to face major challenges.

  1. That makes perfect sense. Brushing teeth and meditating both promote personal health. I wish more dental professionals turn to experts for dental marketing services. I would probably know more about oral health than I do now.

  2. Stress can effect our sleep. And when you get sleep deprivation it will lead to a more serious health problems.

  3. Indeed, life is precious, we should learn to appreciate and take care of it. Stress is part of our life, it can be triggered anytime by a certain event or thing especially during the times we are low and almost out of energy. When we are stress, first thing we must do is to take a rest, if we cannot, at least, we should do the things that could make us happy and lively.
